Dr. Diana Barb is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Fl. Dr. Barb is board certified in internal medicine (ABIM), general endocrinology, and obesity medicine (ABOM). Her research areas of specialization are in obesity and metabolism, with a particular focus on metabolic associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). She is a co-investigator in clinical trials in MASLD/MASH and participated in AACE, AASLD and ADA MASLD guidelines writing committees. She is a member of the global NASH council.
